We will work collaboratively to identify meaningful goals and come up with a strategy to get you there. I will also keep you accountable and provide you with my expertise and support along the way.

• Career exploration

• Resume and cover letter review

• Developing your career brand

• Interview coaching

• Informational interviewing and networking strategies

• Addressing career-related issues, including: professional boundaries, burnout, managing workplace conflict, work-life balance

• Personality and career assessment with full debrief and report (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory)

Rates

Standard Session

$170 / 50 minute session + GST

Extended Session

$260 / 80 minute session + GST

Payment and Cancellation Information

All clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to book appointments. 

Sessions cancelled with a notice of less than 48 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session rate.

I do not directly bill insurance for services; however, I provide receipts for clients to bill insurance providers. Extended health benefits often cover counselling services (including career counselling) with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and/or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Please check with your provider to find out more.
